or if you're me and forget half the ingredients it's grill pan pizza with provolone, beets, greens, and peppers (because you've gotta use em up.) Know what? It was still amazeball.

 

ETA also it had prosciutto, because if you have prosciutto and nothing to do with it, obvs you should just put it all over your next meal.

This was so much more than I was expecting! The arugala is absolutely delicous. It's a treat because it's often pricey, so I am thrilled to have a big bunch of it. Looking forward to yummy, fresh, organic salads!
