Week 4 delivery from Taylorganic Farms:
peaches, muscadines, purple long beans, potatoes, eggplant, cucumber (round yellow-green variety), bell peppers, tomatoes (not pictured), a big ole honkin' yellow squash, and fresh peppery arugula.
recipe - grilled goat cheese pizza with figs, beets, and wilted greens.
or if you're me and forget half the ingredients it's grill pan pizza with provolone, beets, greens, and peppers (because you've gotta use em up.) Know what? It was still amazeball.
ETA also it had prosciutto, because if you have prosciutto and nothing to do with it, obvs you should just put it all over your next meal.
