A while back, I had posted a series of long-exposure photos of a plasma globe. Apparently, they mysteriously disappeared from my photostream. Thus, I'm posting them again!

I have always granted myself the freedom to exercise artistic license and pursue whatever brings me joy. Currently, digital AI artwork fulfills that purpose, at least for the time being.

Every now and then, someone asks me to take their picture (of course they do, when you see something so elegant as a SRT, how would you not want to?), and most of the time I actually like the result. Cheers, man!

Matrimandir, “il tempio della madre” in sanscrito, situato in una vasta area denominata Peace, “pace”. Matrimandir, "the temple of the mother" in Sanskrit, located in a large area called Peace, "peace". The Matrimandir is a large golden sphere with a diameter of 36 meters, which appears to emerge from the earth. Its architecture symbolizes the birth of a new awareness and its name derives from the idea linked to the "Universal Mother", considered by Aurobindo to be the principle of human life and evolution towards supramental consciousness.
#6222 - 2025 Day 12/365: "Many facets" would be a phrase I'd use for much of life actually. When we can see life from multiple perspectives it does not necessarily clarify but it does expand our consciousness.

Heading out with y friend Matt when we came to the top of the stairs and looking down I realized I was in a complete state of Deja-Vu and experiencing the rush of an onslaught of dreams I have been having recently...dreams of stairs. I hadn't remembered them until this very moment. Heady stuff. Looking up dreams about stairs when I returned home yielded some interesting results. "Stairs represent transition, change, and personal growth. When we use them, we make direct contact with our feet. This makes them symbolic of change on a very specific, personal level. Climbing up stairs should be interpreted as ascending to higher levels of consciousness. Going down stairs connects to revisiting places you have already been or moving into lower levels of thought, such as anger and envy, or facing your own emotional development by revisiting old issues."

This was created via a comibination of touch-screen painting, manually mouse-controlled painting and the application of various filters in PS and through Nik Collection. The initial symmetrical image was created by hand through an Android phone app called Sketch. The general approach I took was to deconstruct the original symmetry in the image, hence I looked at this work as a sort of asymmetrical stream of consciousness exercise in abstract digital art. What I like about abstract art is that it combines intentional design and layout with a spontaneous approach that allows for intentional and experimental elements which build and meld organically into a framework woven by its own unique logic.
