At Moon Studio, we believe every new resident deserves a warm welcome and a confident start. That’s why we created the Newcomer Support Project a dedicated initiative to guide brand-new users through their first steps in Second Life.
Our Mission:
To help newcomers feel supported, excited, and ready to explore. We assist with account setup, avatar creation, and essential SL skills so they can navigate independently and find their community.
How You Can Help:
We’re currently seeking donations to help new residents begin their journey with confidence. We welcome:

-Unused store gift cards
-Full perm clothing, accessories, or props (can be made no transfer)
Your donations whether gift cards, store credit, or beginner packs help introduce new users to quality creators and teach them how to shop in SL.

This brightly colored light-blue door stood out to us, so we had Matthew stand in front of it for a couple of shots.
While working on this shot, I found the background to be too boring so I added some texture to it.
lighting info: SB-900 & SB-600 camera left, shoot-through umbrella; triggered via PocketWizards (Mini TT1 w/ AC3 zone controller, & Flex TT5s).
Post-processing done with Capture NX2 (w/Color Efex Pro 3), and Photoshop CS5.

As I reflect on the pre production side of my advanced character animation module. I tried my best to think as if I was the teddy bear going to the gym.
The reason why I wanted to give my character a confident walk cycle was to show the target audience that the teddy bear is ready to have a serious workout. But I wanted to give the animation a comedy element where the teddy bear falls down after attempting to use the chin pull up machine.
However after reviewing my animation it appears that my key frames appear to be too fast.So you cannot see what my character is doing at each key frame.
