A parade heading down Iron Gate had to negotiate this cordoned off manhole that contractors had taken up only moments prior to the parade heading down towards the market place. How come Derby city council did not notify the contracting company that a parade was due to pass. Communication error!
This a very catchy and "funny" logo of the F.L.E.A. By their logo you can understand that this is an outdoor market, that you can find anything you want, used or new. I believe the yellow lines could represent neon lights or item ideas.

Asynchronous communication and other activities take place outside of real time. In the digital era this means that an individual can send an e-mail or other text in any digital platform and that the recipient won’t necessarily read it or reply immediately. This means that participants do not communicate concurrently. This allows for a more “loose” type of communication and more manageable curation of content. The individual-recipient does not feel the pressure of the instant reply, giving him/her the opportunity to think the answer through. Also it allows the person to reach and use the information at his own convenient time.
Synchronous communication requires the co-presence of all participants in a simultaneous way. This form of communication is basically found in face-to-face or over the phone communication.
