~ Ricky typing frantically ~
Lupita : "Did you seriously just message me over the computer..??!!"
Ricky : "Yes.."
Lupita : "I am sitting right here! You can't just talk to me?!"
Ricky : "But when I do it this way, I can send you cute stickers and emoticons. Nothing says 'Hi' quite like a waving puppy eating a cupcake and riding a unicorn."
Lupita : "That says hi??"
Ricky : "..uh YES. He's WAVING! Durrr."
This is the first photo from a series of 30 photos. It so happened that during the exposure, a car was slowly approaching the road from behind and illuminated the foreground, slightly extinguishing the glow of the horizon. The Drzewiczka River flows here and there is a swimming prohibition sign next to it...

I hope that you all have an awesome weekend of photography. Take care and keep shooting.
I see, long after A.D. 2000, cities laid out for ten to twenty million inhabitants, spread over enormous areas of countryside, with
buildings that will dwarf the biggest of today’s and notions of traffic and communication that we should regard as fantastic to the point of madness.

After 12 years of marriage, sometimes we don't need words to have a meaningful conversation... :-)))

Bletchley Park, Buckinghamshire. During World War II the centre of the British code-breaking activity, that is, the deciphering of the German and Japanese communication codes. Leica M8, Elmar (collapsible) 50/2.8.
ahh...what did you say old man?...gosh, you mumble so much..cannot figure you out??...now say that again real slow..OK?
I spotted this interesting decay on the side of a telephone box. The 'funny look quotient' was quite high while I was taking these! I must go back and try shooting from the inside looking out.

The Jvari Pass, also known as the Cross Pass, is a mountain pass in the Greater Caucasus Mountains in Georgia. It is located at an elevation of approximately 2,379 meters above sea level and is one of the most iconic locations along the historic Georgian Military Road, a major communication route connecting Tbilisi with Vladikavkaz in Russia. The Jvari Pass offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and rivers. The landscape changes throughout the seasons, with green meadows in summer and snow-capped peaks in winter. The nearby Gudauri ski resort lies on the southern side of the pass and is a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts. The pass has a rich history and was a strategic passage for trade, troops, and travelers for centuries. It is named after the Georgian word Jvari, meaning cross, referring to the ancient crosses that were placed along the route. The Tergi River rises near the pass and flows through the Darial Gorge. Glaciers and spectacular waterfalls can also be found in the area. During the winter months, the pass can be impassable due to heavy snowfall, but in the summer it is a popular route for tourists and adventurers. Hiking and trekking opportunities: The area around the pass offers numerous opportunities for trekking and photography.
A journey from Ananuri Fort through the Jvari Pass is one of the most impressive experiences you can have in Georgia, the contrast between the colorful autumn landscapes and the sudden snow-capped mountains is breathtaking and feels almost magical. The Start: Autumn beauty at Ananuri Fort. As you continue along the Georgian Military Road, nature slowly begins to change. The colorful forests gradually make way for bare mountain slopes, and the air becomes fresher. As you get closer to the Jvari Pass, you notice the first signs of snow. The peaks of the mountains seem to be sprinkled with sugar, and the temperature drops noticeably. As you reach the higher parts of the Jvari Pass, you are surrounded by a completely white landscape. The snow-capped peaks, frozen rivers and icy air create a serene and almost otherworldly atmosphere. The contrast with the autumn colors from earlier on the route makes the transition all the more spectacular. It feels like you have experienced two completely different seasons in one day.
While crazy world is turning 'round, brings a lot of troubles and worries, takes all the time, the holidays approach. It's time to have some rest and communicate with the loved ones. To send our best wishes and share the hope and belief. And it leads me to the important understanding of communication itself. I think this is the only way we should follow - to communicate, to talk and find compromises.
All the best wishes to all my friends and followers!
Thank you for the comments and faves. Stay safe!
