communication problems at my block of flats - we get these notes from strata mgmt, who are only doing their jobs. but it sounds like one tenant is upset. those prams would be heavy to carry upstairs. they don't bother me. I wonder if someone in the block called strata or if they just did an inspection?

This is on the magazine store inside the subway station "St.Pauli". It's not graffitti, but is there a word for stickers? I think the arbitrary sum of stickers posted over some period of time by different people (I assume) makes quite an artwork.
