The late afternoon sees the departure of a cruise ship from the Circular Quay Terminal
on Sydney Harbour. The tugs usually haul the ship to mid channel, then it's away tow lines, foot down and flat out into the mighty Pacific.

So with Brandon Routh showing off his mug in that beautiful Kingdom Come Superman suit, it got me all riled up for one of my all time favorite books ever published by DC. I’ve never quite been able to capture Alex Ross’ art style in my builds (and trust me I’ve tried), but this old Patreon Exclusive from last year (that was lost to the chopping block from my GoJ series from TWO years back) was the closest I’d come to mastering that hazy watercolor look.
At any rate, I figured I’d release it from the vault and share it with you because it deserves some love :)

Nella piazza di Civita superiore a Bojano un uomo che a me pareva coetaneo di mio padre invece era quasi mio coetaneo, si è volontariamente prestato per portarmi ai ruderi del castello normanno. E bene ha fatto perché io avrei avuto paura di incedere da sola tra quelle sterpaglie. E, camminando dietro di lui, sono arrivata in un posto bellissimo dove durante la seconda guerra mondiale i tedeschi, che facevano incursioni aeree su Cassino, hanno per sbaglio abbattuto un patrimonio dell'umanità. Adesso si cammina tra pietre, varchi, menta cresciuta ovunque e more selvatiche.
Se qualcuno di voi tra i miei contatti ha la possibilità di pubblicizzare le mie foto su Bojano e Civita io le regalo affinché la gente sappia che meraviglie nascoste ed abbandonate ci sono in questo luogo che io ho amato come un amore a prima vista già dopo poche ore che vi ero arrivata.
Purtroppo a Bojano non esiste una pro loco al quale poter fare riferimento. Civita superiore, frazione di Bojano, consta di 46 abitanti. È troppo bello vedere come si salutano stile grande famiglia quando si incrociano per strada ma è troppo triste pensare che tra qualche anno tutto sarà archeologia.
