Have a Fabulous Thursday Ya'll...:)

I'm on a bit of a flickr roll at the moment - this is three Thursday's in a row that I've posted something! :)

I couldn't resist posting this dramatic cloud scene that I took with my iPhone last year after finding it in my archives! It actually makes quite a good desktop wallpaper!

I hope all is well with everyone, and will try and catch up with you all at the weekend...

Delta A330 cloudbusting and banking, I love it !

Mood for today. A little round trip among the clouds, maybe open the top hatch for a brief moment just to catch a breath of that fresh cool high altitude air.

Another centrifugal angle of the "Vampire" ride at La Ronde in Montreal. And again shot from the comfort of terra firma!

Thanks to Kate Bush for the title :)

On that day we had 11 hours of sunshine. We walked a distance of about 9.3 km and 1500 metres of altitude directly under the sun and when clouds showed up during our descent from the mountain in the late afternoon it was a welcome relief.

This week autumn showed it's colors. And what a show it was.

Enjoy!

I always seem get lucky with the weather out of season in the Lakes; low cloud, bright sunshine, blue skies and what a view. This is the return from the Helvellyn, Swirral Edge, Striding Edge loop with hardly a soul about.

Lunch beside Red Tarn in a t-shirt. It does not get any better...and my hangover had cleared at this point.

I'm uploading this as I'm listening to one of my very favourite pieces of music (CD2 of Kate Bush's Aerial) and struggling with a suitable title for this shot until another song of hers came into my head. I do agonise sometimes over suitable titles, most of the time failing and wondering why I get into such a lather about it. :-)
