A study in simple colors, unique architecture, and curving rockwork, this 32x32 diorama was inspired solely by Bombur's hair and the white-and-medium dark flesh color scheme. Enjoy!
Must every train photo include a locomotive? Of course not....and especially with a manifest train I like to keep my camera ready for an old fallen flag logo or just to show the train in its environment.
While this train had no particular noteworthy freight cars it was a nice classic mixed freight that was heavy on tank cars, and the model railroad like scene required more than just a head end photo, don't you concur?
This is southbound daily St. Luc Yard Montreal to Saratoga Springs manifest train 252 on a gloomy but colorful morning about 0745 AM. This is about MP 144.75 as measured from Albany, NY on modern day Canadian Pacific's Canadian Mainline. This famous locale is known as the Red Rocks high above Willsboro Bay on the west shore of Lake Champlain along the former Delaware and Hudson Railroad mainline that was completed as a through route to Canada in 1875.

This is my daughter (Kristen), me and son-in-law (Rob) at the Cliffs of Moher (west Ireland). Hoping that slight Irish rainbow over our left shoulders brings us some luck or gold. Or at least some good light.
Truly it may be said that the outside of a mountain is good for the inside of a man. ~George Wherry

Believe it or not, sheep grass on these cliffsides. Local farmers used to climb up the cliffsides to put their sheep to grass. The steep sides made the sheep pure muscle which made for the ideal and perfect meat.
Here's my part of Rebellug's Kingdoms at War II collab. I partnered with goatman461 . I had a lot of fun building this one. I know it's not perfect, but there are some things I like about it. It feels nice to be building castle again!
Let me know what you guys think!
Blue is cool and red just sucks.
