Headed home tomorrow. It was a good trip. I didn't get out much into the city as the PLTW conference kept me very busy.

As it was such a still night and I was out taking fairground shots (see next upload), I thought I would head to the waterfront and grab a couple of shots there, I was pretty pleased with the results. This one has the streaking lights of the Dartmouth bound Ferry.
This is definitely one of my favorite images from the top of The Empire State Building. I was lucky enough that security let me take my gorillapod up there with me.
Taken from the top suite of the Grand Hotel, Spencer St, Melbourne City, Victoria, Australia.

Kuwait City (Arabic: مدينة الكويت, transliteration: Madīnat al-Kuwayt), is the capital and largest city of Kuwait. It has an estimated population of 63,600 (2006 estimate) [citation needed] within city limits and 2.38 million in the metropolitan area. Located at the heart of the country on the shore of the Persian Gulf, and containing Kuwait's parliament (Majlis Al-Umma), most governmental offices, the headquarters of most Kuwaiti corporations and banks, it is the indisputable political, cultural and economic center of the emirate.
Kuwait City’s trade and transportation needs are served by Kuwait International Airport, Mina Al-Shuwaik (Shuwaik Port) and Mina al-Ahmadi (Ahmadi Port) 50 kilometers to the south, on the Persian Gulf coast.

The city morning sky painted with colors from the sunrise is always a work of art. This photo is taken with the Sigma 15mm fisheye, and distortion is corrected (de-fished) in Photoshop with the warp tool Inflate value :-35. In Lightroom 6 I added two filters one for the sky and one for the land. The result is a (relatively) aligned HDR from a single RAW. RAW photography rocks!
