One of my favorite character statues at the Hub, Chip & Dale just make me smile. They are fast becoming my favorite characters at the Park.
Taken on February 29th 2020, this Optare Solo was built as a non PCV for Burton College in Staffordshire but FH04LYY has subsequently been converted in a Fish and Chip shop in Devizes.

Well, this was fun. We have computer chips everywhere!
These are earrings made of computer chips—looking inside an EPROM: erasable programmable read-only memory with the cover removed. Made decades ago by my IT Doc husband, who added the little earring adapters to the chips for me. I'm lucky these didn't come from a mainframe ;)

2016 will be my 7th year photographing the horses, ponies, minis, donkeys, and mules at Helping Hearts Equine Rescue. All of this holiday photo fun with Chip (pictured here), Colby, Sam, Dean, Tommy, and the rest of the gang supports a vital part of our equine community. Rescues like Helping Hearts not only rehabilitate and find adoptive homes for horses in need, but they also educate the public, and that provides an invaluable service to an untold number of horses. This is a great time of year to support your local rescue, either as a donation in a friend's name or as a contribution from yourself. Your contributions- monetary donations, "shares" on Facebook, word of mouth in a feed store, horse supplies- can give rescues the ability to help so many more.

We have some awesome news to share with everyone. Yup Me Tam and Dali are officially taking over and running the Chip Stand in Mattawa --We are so excited for this new adventure to start. My Grandma and grandpa are the one who first started the chipstand in 1944 and they ran it for 38 years then my Mom and Dad took over fully in 1982 and have ran the chip stand for the last 31 years Now its 2014 and the Chip Stand has been passed down to Me and Tam and and we are now the 3rd generation to run the chip stand and what a year to take over as this will be the 70th Year Turcottes Chip Stand has been in business. Wow we are so excited to keep this family tradition going and i know somewhere my grandma is looking down and thinking the same thing :) So we thought it would be a great time to re-vamp the chip stand (thanks to J.R's Home Renovations) the chip stand now has a new look and to top it off we have a new menu and some new food like Crispy Chicken Burger's (even Spicy Chicken Burgers) Mushroom Caps, Mozzarella Sticks, Onion Rings --and as well as Chicken Fingers, Pogos, Hot Dogs, and our Classic Fresh Cut Fries or Poutine. Its gonna be such a fun year and we cant wait for you to come on down and say hello and try our tasty new menu. So tomorrow Sunday April 27th at 11am we will be open and ready to go. Thursday lunchtime, horrendous weather, so me and my mate, Dave, popped down the pub for a couple of "swifties". We were tempted by the bar menu and so we had a bowl of chips. Never seen anything like them. Real monsters but cooked to absolute perfection! The Black Bull at Blidworth. A pub with a real bar and excellent restaurant. 5 (ever changing) real ales on draught. All at £3.00 a pint plus the best bar-food for miles! Try it!
