A CalTrans (California Dept. of Transportation) crew was cutting away some vegetation on the side of the San Diego Freeway (I-405) in Long Beach, California. Chipped pieces of wood can be seen exiting a chute at the top of the chipper into the bed of the truck to which the chipper trailer is attached.
I am not entirely pleased with this photo but it would have to do because today is a busy day. If you look close enough you can spot chips of chocolate in the cookies. These are my favourite type of chips ^_^
I guess these can also work for yesterday's challenge, Begins with E: Edible :P
Taken for ODC: Chips

Let the chips fall where they may, may sound disempowering, but not once the sun is already galloping down to meet the horizon, making that part of the equation placed out of your hands. What is up to you though is where you place yourself in that relationship, of moving borders, in the fog of war between sunset rich sky and the feature rich landscape.

My BioCup entry for round one. The theme is nature and sub theme is rodents. I built a gangster chipmunk because what else comes to mind when you think of rodents?
Chip is a cold hearted chipmunk out to steal all your acorns. He struts around the forest sporting his red ball cap and flexing with his 24 karat acorn chain.
I almost missed the deadline with this entry’s submission so please excuse the photo quality. Comments and criticism are welcome! More picture are in the album this is in.
