Lots of burnt up slot machines in the back room of the casino. Also a safe. This is a most interesting location, besides the burned out casino there are about 12-15 houses, two motels, a restaurant, truck repair garage and lots of sheds and smaller buildings. On US6 at Montgomery Pass. A real ghost town with a US Highway running right through it.
Located on US Highway 6, "the loneliest road" in Mineral County, Nevada. This is part of the series of the loneliest tourist attractions on US6. Not all are abandoned joints.

On the way to Lismore, we passed through the regional town of Casino, New South Wales. The "Brightsiders" and others had painted murals on the water tower. It was situated on a tight spot on a hill, hard to access and paint no doubt.
Excerpt from myswitzerland.com:
Whether the Bernese Symphony Orchestra, the Bernese chamber orchestra or other musical organizations: the Casino Bern located between the Zytglogge and the House of Parliament regularly hosts concerts. The various halls in a neoclassical style have a unique atmosphere and can also be rented for banquets, conventions or similar events.
As we were having supper (at a tasty fish restaurant) on the first night a large flock of birds passed over the Casino. Our speculation was that they were going to greet the returning fishermen.
After dinner we headed over to the Casino to spend our evening watching (we thought) other people lose money. On recovering from the shock that it was, in fact, a very beautiful movie theatre, we made a snap decision to see a film. Which was? "Forgetting Sarah Marshall". Which proved, thankfully, to be rather funny.
Had we been visiting Catalina in the 30s and 40s our choice might have been a bit less prosaic. During its glorious heyday, when Catalina was the destination of the rich and famous (Marilyn Monroe lived and babysat in the town) everyone, including Glen Miller, Benny Goodman, Jimmy Dorsey and Woody Herman, played at the Casino.

Constanța Casino (Cazinoul din Constanța) is located on the shore of the Black Sea in the historic Peninsulă District of Constanta. Built in Art Nouveau style, it used to be a club and community center for elite and upper-class socialites, considered Romania's Monte Carlo and a symbol of the city. Nowadays it unfortunately stands abandoned, being probably the finest and most fascinating abandoned building in Europe. Hopefully one day it was regain its former glory.

The Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada opened publicly on June 10, 2004. This $1 billion complex with a belle époque theme overlooks the Horseshoe Falls and is one of the grandest and most expensive destinations on the Niagara skyline.
The site was once the transformer station building for the Ontario Power Company station at the foot of Horseshoe Falls. The east facade of the complex retains the walls of the terrace and front entrance of the transformer station built in 1904. The area where the transformers resided is now the Grand Hall Convention halls.
At the main entrance is a water feature called 'The Teslatron' with a transformer like fixture. A light, water and sound show brings the fountain alive for five minutes. At street level there is a fountain that varies its height with the wind so as not to wet pedestrians and passing cars.
The casino has a 35-floor 374-room hotel rising from above the casino complex.
