Why is there a push button over the outdoor waiting bench to the left of the front doors at Target? I'm guessing it's the reset button in case you actually do hit the target on the wall overhead.

Belly button is generally not a primary cancer site. The cancer might originate in the stomach, ovary, pancrease, colon, etc. There were instances where people thought a bulge in the navel or the belly button was umbilical hernia and that turned out to be cancer in very rare cases of diagnosis. It should be said that a nodule inside the belly button which can be easily overlooked can be signs of cancer present inside the abdomen. The problem is this is a rare manifestation.
Generally umbilicus is known for hernia, infections, and other rare diseases like granuloma which can bleed. For people who are obese the navel can be a place where tiny dirt can accumulate and can be a hygiene concern. For babies any fluid dischare through navel is pretty common. However if nodules (metastatic nodule) might grow as a lesion and may ulcerate to exude fluid like pus or blood in due course it could be a sign of internal cancer. But this is extremely rare. Umbilical hernia however does not manifests such symptoms. They can only lead to strangulation of the intestinal tissues inside the trapped hernial area causing associated symptoms. So if an adult patient has fluids exuding through the navel area, it is needs to be evaluated to rule out any possibilities.

I made this card for Lisa Clarke's Big Button Challenge to showcase all of the different ways a hand-made button can be used.

I made the button she sent me into a big button bloom. The background DP is stamped three times with the DesignBlock: Bold Flourish and a sentiment form Anytime Messages.
I hand-cut the flower petals from Tim Holtz Swirl grungeboard and sprayed them with Ranger Adirondack Raisin ColorWash and Oriental Poppy Glimmer Mists for the golden shimmer. I finished with some fuzzy fiber through the button holes.

This is the button array on the right handlebar of my 1966 Sears Gold Seal Vespa. This is one of only a very few scooters sold by Sears, but NOT called Allstate. Just Sears.
But I don't know how all of these buttons work. It won't start, but it could be because one of these buttons is in the wrong position. The top button is a 3-position rocker, the left button is an off-on switch, but no clue as to which is which. The bottom button in for on, and out for off, as is the one on the extreme right. Any clues will be appreciated. This is a zippy little bike with 4 speeds and 125 cc's, and I really need to be riding it.
