A friend asked for a bouquet in Black, White, Orange, and Hot Pink. I was not sure .... now I love the combo!
Meet Button, a playful giant that lives in the meadow. He is fashioned after one of my sister's paintings (Robin). Button has a wire skeleton, aluminum foil muscles and a pretty blue polymer clay skin accented with brown spots. His shading is done by alcohol inks and colored pencils.
Movie night again, Kiella is lying on me and I was just relishing in the moment, loved her little belly button hanging out of her shirt so I made Matt run down and grab the camera for me. Loving this 366 thing for stuff like that, normally I wouldn't have bothered.

13. This is the back of both parts so far. Notice the three largest pink buttons, I loved the color but not the imprint, so I just flipped them over and used the backside on the front.
14. Cut out a piece of cardstock slightly larger than your top piece and set aside.
15/16. Line up your button strand with your top piece and use a piece of tape close to the buttons to hold it in place where you want. Don't tape the wire up by the head yet. Fold the excess wire back down behind the head leaving a loop to use for hanging. Twist the wire pieces together behind the head and snip off any extra. Use another piece to hold in place.
My "cutting table" is actually 2 pieces from my old bedroom set (a dresser and a desk) that are the exact same size pushed back to back. This is the top drawer of the desk side. I found these tins at the Goodwill about a month ago and decided to color code and organize my button stash with them. I'm using some desk organizers I already had to house some Command Hooks (can never seem to have enough) and some more clips for my inspiration wall.

De Tomaso Pantera push-button Vignale V8 5.8 I 1971

The very first series of the Pantera, was produced from late 1970 to April 1971.
These cars were built and finished by Carrozzeria Vignale in Torino. In May 1971 De Tomaso opened its own assembly line in Modena.
Since then, Vignale just built the bodies while the finish of the cars – installation of engines, seats, paintwork etc – was done in Modena.
The Vignale-built Panteras are rare. It´s said that about 382 cars were assembled by Vignale in early 1971.
They can be identified by the door handles. The Vignale-built Panteras have push-button door handles (from Fiat 850 Spider)
while all the later models (starting in May 1971) have rectangular ones. In the US, the very early Panteras are called the “Push

Admirable sentiments on this little Damned button badge. The Pistols were always lauded as the one true great British punk band, the only band that mattered, and The Clash were the heroes of the serious political side of it all, but for me The Damned were far and away the best band of "the big three".
It was late in the afternoon and a slight chill was in the air. Best to button up your "cycle clothes".

The 510N button sucked big time, got rid of the ridiculous IC inside the switch and replaced the button with a real pushbutton. Not only is it mechanically better now, but I'm also getting a much better current from the battery. The IC inside, whatever it was supposed to do, was causing some serious problems. Now this baby kicks ass!
One of my buttons from the 90s. I came out as bisexual in the 1970s. In the 1980s I belonged to the Boston Bisexual Women's Network. This button is from the Bisexual Resource Center.
Some folks find the term confusing (or think bisexual folks are "confused"). As with everything else, different individuals define the term differently. In my case it means I look not at the gender but at the person when it comes to a relationship.
