By isolating these white balconies against a dark sky, I transformed a familiar building element into an abstract rhythm of light and shadow. The repeating curved forms create a visual melody that plays with our perception of architectural space.

The Colony Theater on Park Avenue, in Winter Park, Florida. The Colony Theatre opened in 1939 and closed on September 28, 1975. The building is now used as a retail store called Pottery Barn.
