**Jeff Jao has completed the Real Estate CPE (Continuing Professional Education) Seminar held at Sacred Heart Center, Cebu City last July 10th and 17th, 2010. Jeff finished 2 sessions which is equivalent to 16 CPE units and is a little over than what the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) required among real estate salespersons.**

The erection of the Romanesque Cathedral was begun around 1150. As a consequence of the Reformation of 1535, the interior of the church was completely transformed. The restructuring of this architectural jewel was realised following ancient plans and views portraying the building.
'The original seven-storey ‘Shire Hall’ – the main county administrative building – was designed by the late county architect Robert Harvey, and built between 1966 and 1968 and opened by Princess Margaret in May 1968.
A three-storey glazed extension was erected between 1970-72 until eventually there was a ‘Phase Four’ building between 1973-75. Robert Harvey was also involved in the design of the neighbouring Law Courts between 1967-69 and designed the Theatr Clwyd Cymru which completed the civic complex between 1973-76.'

The Boonville Public Square Historic District is significant for its reflection of 19th and early 20th century urban, architectural, and civic development in a rural Indiana county. While its founding was rooted in the settlement and organization of Southwestern Indiana, Boonvilie's ascendancy and its architectural character depended on ethnic changes (principally German immigration) at mid-century, and then successive periods of economic growth in the last quarter of the century and the beginning of the 1900s.
From its platting in 1818, the Public Square has been the literal and symbolic center of Boonvilie and, in a real sense, of Warrick County. According to the plat drawn by county surveyor Chester Elliott, the town comprised 25 square blocks five by five oriented, generally, along cardinal points, with the seat of government within the centermost square. The Boonville Public Square Historic District contains 49 contributing buildings.
The two generations largely responsible for bringing Boonville into the industrial age between 1830 and 1880 differed fundamentally from the pioneer settlers before them. Boonville's founders were, in great measure, of Scotch-Irish descent, having immigrated from Kentucky or the East before coming to Southwestern Indiana. After mid-century, the ethnic composition of Boonville's leadership began to change along with the appearance of the square. As the extant buildings of the district indicate, first and second generation German-Americans played a significant role in replacing Boonville's early frame vernacular architecture with more permanent, high-style buildings.

The Pioneer Bluffs Ranch Historic District (c. 1908-1940) is nominated to the National Register under Criteria A, B, and C for its historical association with the development of ranching in Chase County, Kansas, for its historical association with Henry Rogler, and for its architectural significance as an early twentieth century Chase County, Kansas ranch. The district includes a forty acre tract that encompasses the sixteen buildings and structures which comprise the nucleus of the Pioneer Bluffs Ranch. The forty acre tract is part of the original one hundred and sixty acre farm, which was settled by Charles W. Rogler in 1859. Under Henry Rogler's management Pioneer Bluffs Ranch grew to include 2,720 acres.
Pioneer Bluffs Ranch, while run by Henry Rogler, made the transition from farming to ranching. Rogler expanded his land and cattle holdings and his cattle management for others dramatically between 1905 and 1925. Henry Rogler was a leader in modernized production of feed crops, cooperating with Kansas State Agricultural-College in pioneering alfalfa production and some sorghum and soybean crops. Rogler typified the emerging farmer-stockman elite, who because of their agricultural success, were important both locally and at the state level. He served as the president of the Matfield Green State Bank from 1921-1931 and was a member of the Chase County Bankers Association. In 1927 he was one of fifteen master farmers selected from the entire state by the Kansas Farmer. He was one of the organizers and managing officers of the Chase County Farm Bureau for many years. As a Republican, he served as the Bazaar Township Trustee from 1900- 1901. He was elected to the Kansas House of Representatives in 1914 and served one term. He was one of the 15 "Bull Moose" members of the house of representatives in 1915. He was elected to the Kansas Senate in 1928 serving one four year term. In the campaign of 1928 the senator had no opposition from either party, in the senate he served as chairman of the committee on live stock. Rogler served as director of the Matfield Green School Board for thirty-three years.
Rogler's desire and ability to provide better facilities for his livestock and storage as well as his family and laborers is reflected in the design of the ranch. The chosen architecture of the Main House (c. 1908), the Main Barn (c. 1915), and the Carriage House and Granary (c. 1916) is solid and well built, modestly reflecting wealth that provided for its construction. The retention of the 1872 house and barn underscore the commitment to modesty and family heritage. As it stands, the Pioneer Bluffs Ranch Historic District maintains a high degree of architectural and structural integrity from its 1908-1940 period of significance, representing the growth^ and success of the transient cattle industry in Chase County, Kansas.
St. Paul's Church is an evangelical Anglican church in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, within the Diocese of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island of the Anglican Church of Canada. It is located at the south end of the Grand Parade, an open square in downtown Halifax with Halifax City Hall at the northern end. Built during Father Le Loutre's War, it is the oldest surviving Protestant church in Canada and the oldest building in Halifax. There is also a crypt below the church and the St. Paul's Church Cemetery. The official chapel of the church was the Little Dutch (Deutsch) Church.
Saint Paul's was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1981. In 1981, it was designated a Municipal Registered Heritage Property by the former City of Halifax, and in 1983 it was designated a Provincially Registered Heritage Property both under the provincial Heritage Property Act.

Charming colonial architecture and buildings in various states of decay and repair are bordered by streets filled with old cars.
Originally a Home Brewery pub, hence the letters HB on the gable. A building of similar floor area and shape is shown on the 1881 OS map, but it is not shown as a pub until the 1955 edition. Judging by its style it is probably Victorian but the white glazed tiles suggest it may have been 'modernised' in the early part of the 20th century.
