SpaceX’s Starship-Super Heavy has launched on Lego Ideas ( ideas.lego.com/projects/5199f8dc-34ad-492a-91e2-0008c8e37f81 ), This perfect partner for your Saturn V is only 1,400 supporters away from formal review! It stands 106cm tall & is 1:110 scale. Front & rear fins actuate and the cockpit opens to reveal reclinable pilot & passenger seating.

There's still time to support SpaceX Lego, only 1,400 tickets left for Starship-Super Heavy!

At the dawn of new lunar exploration campaigns, scheduled for the years to come, in order to detect and map the location of important natural elements such as hydrogen, oxygen and lunar water, our project “Moon Exploration” commemorates the lunar exploration missions, 50 years ago now!

This collaborative project build in real Lego bricks was created in November 2021 by Gilles Quideau and Matthew Nolan.

The 166-page building guide (it includes the building instructions, the printable decals sheet & two bricks lists style .xml and .pdf), is now available only by email request here: aloha.bricks@gmail.com

At Minifigure scale (1/42), our 310 bricks design includes:

-A display base measuring 26 x 18 studs (20.8 x 14.4 cm) with, inscribed on its periphery, the 12 astronauts’ names who walked on the Moon.

-The Moon Buggy (LRV: Lunar Roving Vehicle) designed to help astronauts explore the surface of the moon.

For more playability, like in real life, our model includes all the on-board instruments and can be folded up to fit in a volume of 6 x 6 x 9 studs.

- Retro-reflector (LLRE: Lunar Laser Ranging Experiment) that accurately measures the earth-moon distance and its variations with the round trip of a laser pulse sent from the Earth.

-Seismometer (PSEP: Passive Seismic Experiment Package) Fully autonomous with orientable solar panels and a telecommunications system. It also comprises a lunar dust detector.

-Two astronauts and the American flag.

This collaborative Lego bricks design was created by Saturn V co-designer Valerie Roche, her husband AFOL Gilles Quideau and Australian Master Builder Matthew Nolan.

At 1 / 575 scale, this exacting model includes 704 common Lego bricks (155 items) and features real life functions and exceptional playability.

This 332-pages building guide booklet is in “.pdf“ format, in limited edition to only 500 copies, will be numbered and personalized in your name and will include:

-Some illustrated pages telling the history and development of this NASA, Orion and Artemis Project.

-“Handmade” building instructions with photographic mounting tricks.

-Printable Decals Sheet.

-Two brick lists: ".pdf" and another: ".xml" to make a single global order at BrickLink.

-A complete tutorial concerning the importation of the ".xml" brick list at Bricklink.

To avoid the hacking of our original Lego designs, more and more frequent currently, this building guide will be available at Rebrickable: rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-91508/Aloha.Bricks/micro-nasa-sl...

Or by email request here: aloha.bricks@gmail.com.
