LMS 2-8-0 8F 45170 at the Locomotion museum in Shildon. The engine is to be moved later this year to a Northumberland engineering works for restoration. Built by the North British Locomotive Works in Glasgow in 1942, 45170 (War Department WD 554) was one of 26 8Fs shipped to Turkey by the War Department, seven being lost when the two ships carrying them foundered.
In 2014, the Frank Myers Auto Maxx Team participated in the ice bucket challenge at the dealership in Winston-Salem, NC. These photos document that day.

A leaky bucket at Borges Ranch. You can see the water dripping out the bottom-side seam if you look closely. The bucket is hanging off of an old water pump that -should- be attached to the windmall over it, but apparently the rangers decided they didn't want water pouring out of their ears.
The leaky bucket reminded me that I knew a song about leaky buckets (as the title suggests). We sang that song many, many times in fifth grade music. Everyone kind of teased me because my name is so similar to Liza. :)

These giant machines are used to put coal out to the stockpile and reclaim coal from the stockpile. A Bucket Wheel Machine can move approximately 3,000 tonnes of coal in an hour.
Bucket wheel machines run on rail tracks which are about a quarter of a mile in length.
The cutting wheel is 9 metres in diameter and has nine buckets.
