I attended a Maryland blue crab fest tonight in a Philadelphia backyard. The hosting family just put all the crabs in a huge black trash bag and let people pick out the crabs one by one. I wish I'd gotten a shot of the sack o' crabs at the start of the evening. At the end, this is what it looked like.

We compost used litter and uneaten hay, and the boys like to jump on the bucket (and in it, sometimes). Bowie falls in here.
He was playing the bucket on the steets in San Francisco. He reminded me of Chicago's bucket boys. I think he was playing and singing "Shake Shake Shake Your Booty."

Bucket Man was my favorite street performer in San Francisco. Apparently he was in the move Pursuit of Happyness with Will Smith. He has a picture of him and Will framed. He was extremely talented and fun to watch.
San Francisco - June 09
Looking down into a bucket of nice agates I picked up at a site called "Rancho Tinaja", located about 15 miles east of San Carlos, Chihuahua, Mexico and to the southwest of the town of San Antonio. Collected on March 15, 2007.
Getting as much of an aerial shot as possible (short of using a helicopter!) for an exterior of Stew Leonard's in Norwalk, CT.
