Remember when bubble wrap was one of the best parts of Christmas morning?

If you stand at the bottom of the stairs, this is directly on your right. It's all of John's boxes and bubble wrap. Directly to the right of the bubble wrap are more boxes, and directly to the right of THAT is where the washing machine used to be.

What could be more appealing than bubble wrap?

these are items from my job as a stock clerk.old sale signs cardboard, dividers, tissue paper and bubble wrap. i find myself saving more and more packing material to 'play' with.

It's fascinating what interesting things I can find wandering around work.

Here is the finished vase. I'm not taping the bubblewrap to the pot. I want to be able to quickly take the pot out when kiln loading time comes. Also, by having all of the bubble wrap strips the same size, it will be easier to pack up when the workshop is over.

Cotton was the first eye candy - but then I noted the feathers behind the treeline.

I carefully arranged some yarn in an elegant pattern on the outside red layer of wool. Of course, it moved during felting into a random design of its own making!
