I found this wagon wheel cemented in someone's brick wall, and I thought, "how strange it should be trapped in such an urban setting " Where has this travelled? Who's hands fashioned this? How long ago? What are it's stories? Hmmmmm.

Just because... A brick and row of lights in a mall parking lot... Picked up the new iPhone 4S (I was on a 3GS). The camera is fantastic. The processing power is fantastic... And today's apps really push it (this was twisted with Nik's Snapseed, which I highly reco). To think that this much horsepower is available in a phone, including the ability to take, process, and post, all in a mall parking lot... Limitless bounds, excepting only one's imagination :)

Man, I love textures and crazy broken patterns like this. It was raining the the bricks were wet, so the color was as saturated as they were.

Took a pile of pictures at Brick Fiesta this year. Turnout was a bit disappointing compared to last year, but still had fun. I seemed to be damn near the only non-Texan at the con.

Dan Siskand and company are nuts. But it must be nice to write this off as a business expense.
