Here's a really good lane that I liked the look of in Perth. The eye is just led in and there's so much to see. I'd love to find out the history of this lot.

An abandoned house on the Yorkshire Moors.

A rather cold Leiden, with ice underfoot for the unwary. Really beautiful town, a real favourite of mine.

Netley Abbey, Hampshire has an interesting history, making the structure all the more strange. It started as a Cistercian monastery then was converted to a mansion after its' disolution by Henry VIII.

I loved this house at Frensham Little Pond. Amazing character. I really like reeds too.

The basement of the Roman Villa. It must have been quite a sight when fully built.

Lincoln Cathedral dwarfing the surrounding buildings. This Photograph is taken from the battlements of Lincoln Castle.

Through a Palace window. I really like the patterns on the chimneys.

I just wonder the history of that window. I guess someone used to love it and clean it. A long time now since much happened there.

When I was a little boy I called this the "Fevers". As everyone in the family joined in the misnaming, it was difficult to understand that I was calling it the wrong name!

A very dull afternoon in Cherbourg. Loved this little street. Used some HDR to get a bit of colour on a grey day.

Another of the prizes up for grabs in this year’s Summer Joust – this time for the Fantasy Heights category. Isaac and I collaborated on this micro scene, partially inspired by some of my previous Alnya builds.
