This evening, the UK's Prime Minister May flew into Brussels for a working dinner about Brexit with EU Commission President Juncker.
Juncker and May issued the following joint statement:

All swimmers must take the plunge, but it seems already clear that some, such as Lead Boy from the JAM (Just About Managing) Water Club, will have to work a bit harder.
These remind me of the British Parliament spending all day going backwards and forwards and not getting anywhere.
Brexit has pushed to the economic edge, get the feeling our financial bubble is about to pop! (Again)

But the prices are outrunning your income? What when you are fired at will because there is no longer any protection of the workers' rights? What if you can no longer pay your rent because the new owners of your home want to see more profit? What when your children have to skip school because they need to contribute to the family's budget? Then you will be back to the glorious times of Victorian England, you will be living in Brexit-Land.

Brexit is almost upon us, food shortages predicted by certain sections of UK Parliament, but ........ we,are,ready!
According to this article, hate crimes rise by up to 100 per cent across England and Wales. Just wondering, how many people would still vote for Brexit if they knew that food prices will go up, but all foreigners will be staying in the country?

Dans le quartier Little Venice à Londres, un tunnel aux couleurs écarlates attire l'attention. Un citoyen britannique franchit ce tunnel sur un simple vélo. Les murs lustrés lui renvoient de multiples reflets de son image d'un monde tout en couleurs. Pourtant, l'extrémité du chemin ressemble plutôt à un cul-de-sac. C'est ce qui m'a inspiré ce titre.

In the Little Venice district of London, a tunnel with scarlet colors attracts attention. A British citizen crosses this tunnel on a simple bike. The glossy walls send him multiple reflections of his image of a world full of colors. Yet the end of the road is more like a dead end. That's what inspired me that title.
Well, this is it, Brexit day. Not celebrating, never wanted it, voted against it, but here it is finally (kind of, with 11 months of negation s#&t to endure). Much prefer to be in than out, there I’ve said it in true Remoaner style!
