Light breaking through the cloud over Mount Mulange in the Lujeri District of Malawi

Anyone out there using www.500px.com I'm just trying it out. there seems to be a lot of excellent work on there already. Well worth a look. The Dubai Marina is the largest man made Marina and surrounded by some of the worlds highest residential towers and the unique Cayan tower. Captured just after Sunrise as the sun breaks through the cloud to light the Marina area in a distinctive light.
The clouds behind Mt. Chephren finally break allowing the sun to bathe the Mistaya River valley in morning light.

And another spectacular sunset engulfed the sky and never was the demarcation between cold and warm hues so vivid.
A shot from a week or so ago at Crosby beach in Liverpool,home of the Gormley metal men...........,covered in barnacles....... ;)
