Life is finally slowing down a bit.
Fresh corn, peppers and tomatoes with eggs on a corn tortilla :-)
365. Day one hundred.
I planned a special shot for today. but my 18-55mm lens broke. And my 50mm isn't wide enough for that shot. So hopefully I can get the other lens fixed and do the special shot in a few weeks.
I got a special breakfast this morning :-)

Occasionally Im sure we all stumble across old favorites and this is one of mine. Waffles are her absolutely favorite, no matter in what shape or form lol. Everytime I see this picture I just have to smile <3 Just thought Id share an ordinary but sweet memory with y'all on this lovely saturday !!
I think Breakfast Time and Karma Karma are my favourites....as of today at least. :) They both smell divine!
Ingredients👇
1 cup coconut milk
3 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen berries
Toppings: fresh berries, goji berries and raspberry granola
Directions📝
In a medium bowl,combine the chia seeds with the coconut milk. Mix well, cover it and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
For the smoothie: in a blender, combine the frozen berries with the almond milk, blend until smoothe.
Top with fresh fruits and raspberry granola. Enjoy!

1 taza de leche de coco
3 cucharadas de semillas de chia
1 cucharadita de pasta de vainilla
1/2 taza de leche de almendras zero
1 taza de frutos rojos
Toppings: arándanos y frambuesas frescas, bayas de goji y granola de frambuesa
Receta📝: En un bol, mezclamos las semillas de chia con la leche de coco y la pasta de vainilla, lo tapamos y lo metemos en la nevera unas 3hrs o toda la noche.
Para el smoothie: mezclamos en una batidora, los frutos rojos congelados y la leche de almendras hasta que tenga la textura que más nos guste (más líquida o más cremosa)
Ponemos en un bol la chia y el smoothie, añadimos los toppings y ¡A disfrutar!
This is a regular daily breakfast for me ... chopped fresh fruit, low fat vanilla yogurt, muesli accompanied by fresh fruit juice and a black coffee!
