The traditional Boxing Day meal consists of cold meat and fried mashed vegetables left over from Christmas Day.
We skipped Christmas dinner yesterday, so my wife, who is British, made Christmas dinner for Boxing Day!
A shot that I took around 10:30 pm Boxing day within Graves Park after 4-6 inches of snow had fallen in about 4 hours. I heard one tree branch crack (it can be seen dangling from one of the trees in this shot) and there is more heavy snow forecast overnight!

The group was meant for people/things inside boxes, but a Bench Monday pic of me in a box would be weird, so I'm being lenient with the group choice. HBM!

My probably over-ambitious plans for a Boxing Day (December 26th) family extravaganza requires meticulous planning if I am to have any hope of sitting down and eating.

Lunch will be vegan friendly - it has nothing against vegans who are quite welcome to partake of the various meat, egg and dairy based dishes.
