North Broad Street at Lehigh. This building was once home to Botany 500 Apparel and After Six Formal Wear. This was a clothing factory up until about 1986. One of my friends used to work there. I serviced a copier machine there circa 1979-1980. The building lay vacant for over 20 years, until it was acquired by Temple University. The facade has been cleaned up and the windows replaced. Word on the street is that this building is being refurbished for use as housing. We will see how this pans out.
