Went to my first Saturday Bootcamp session. It was cool to see Bootcampers from all the different sessions around SF. Also, I liked training with a different coach. It's always good to mix up styles, and Sebastian's style was super different from Chris'. Sebastian is a bit more goofy and cheerier, while Chris is more drill sargent, no BS. The exercises were also different. We focused more on balance and strength and it was a full body workout. My butt hurts from the new exercises we did yesterday. The biggest ah-ha moment? That running on sand is waaay harder than it looks.
