Day 2 - Well today was rather gruelling and started off with extra pushups since someone forgot to bring their log book. I mean PLEASE....who forgets their log book on the 2nd day???? We did allot of interval training, and I honestly think the pushup and I will never be friends. Now the pushup BRA..well thats another story!!! Anway I am happy to report that after doing the dreaded mountain of stairs the 4th time around I managed to refrain from throwing up. YAY im alive and still functioning....JUST!
