Happy Sliders Sunday!
Last Sunday we visited the Werburg in Spenge, an old castle complex from the 16th century. The location has the atmosphere of a story book, today there is even a registry office inside to celebrate weddings in a ferrytale atmosphere. Ostwestfalen, Germany
Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is a green day at Color my World Daily and a running /laundry folding day at my house. So why not celebrating with a green picture ?
And since I got all those new props from China why not try to incorporate them in my green picture ? So here it is : my vintage green book for a good read, a tiny reading lamp in case it is too dark (or you are just at this point in your life when you need extra lamp for reading…) and a tiny green house in case it is raining and you have to go inside in order to read your book…I hope you will like my picture !!
I have to run before folding my laundry and before all my motivation disappear !! See you later !!
Sorry for not answering my comments and not commenting your pictures as much as I should… I will try to catch up as soon as possible !! Until then, stay well and safe my friends !!
Mucho, mucho amor for you all !!
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and well!!

A story is only good if it’s made up
but convinces you it’s true.
Even better if one of the characters
is someone who could be you.
How else do you know who you are?

Taken for the Happy Caturday! Group: books. As it turns out, Nigel is not much of a reader but he showed a little interest for a few minutes!! Happy Caturday! All! Had my second cataract surgery on Tuesday; still no internet. AT&T says fixed by the 17th . . . Who believes that? Not me. Sorry for being so behind. Best I can do right now is drive out to get cell signal because there is none of that here either, but that’s nothing new.
Back to my heart project. I've had this idea in my head for quite a while but don't love the execution so just think concept. The puppy knocked the books over like dominoes so we are done for today.
OK, so I just might be a bookworm, but being a book-GNOME would be so much cooler :-)

Ordered a new paper photo book, with all photos made by me for Macro Mondays, downloaded from my digital flickr album (Macro mondays). It has become very colorful with pleasant memories of the many hours of entertainment. The theme "book" came just in time.
That was very long time I've no taken pictures of Emily.
She's wearing a beautiful dress by Lovely Little dolls.
Thank Zorha for offered me the deer head, it's absolutely wonderful !
Celà faisait très longtemps que je n'avais pas pris des photos d'Emily.
Elle porte une belle robe par Lovely Little dolls.
Merci Cocotte pour la tête de cerf, c'est absolument merveilleux!
This is photo book number 22 that I have produced using Blurb after one of our big trips away. I can recommend this company for a top quality product, accurate colouring and a great finish. They have standard page layouts but you can also create your own page layouts with ease. I have only had two minor problems in the past and on both occasions they have produced a new book FOC. Most of our followers on Flickr will have seen most of the images which are in the book but it can be viewed on line at

At the moment unable to load new images due to our main computer in for repair so just done this image on our laptop. Hopefully it should be repaired by next Friday and I can access my new images which are stored.
I remember this morning very well, being bitterly cold and a few days after my freedom after my career of 34 years finished allowing me to be out without having to book holiday.

for you to see beauty here
does not mean
there is beauty in me
it means there is beauty rooted
so deep within you
you can't help but
see it everywhere
