A bit of blue leaked at the top right-hand corner of the image.
This is one of the problems I have using APS-C typed sensors: the viewfinder is quite small. I often struggle to compose very accurately, as everything looks so small.
I could have cropped that bit out, but then the image didn't work quite so well any more - unless I cropped "a lot".
And I didn't really want to go to the extreme of cloning it out. Maybe I should've.
Anyway... It will be interesting to hear what others may have to say.

Had the camera back a bit farther than usual and caught myself in the shot.
For reference, my "studio" (i.e. Kitchen) has about 8' of floor space across this end, putting Henry's rump ~18" from the fridge on the left and my rump leaning up against the cabinets on the right.
I'm curled up like a praying mantis to avoid throwing any shadows, as the flash is right in front of me.
In fact, the tip of the leg of the flashes tripod was cloned out of the lower right corner of this image.
Why?
Because I can. :)
Why am I not in the other shots?
Because I was standing for most of those and thus took up less floor space.
And because I cloned out any bits of myself that DID appear.
And then vignetted the crap out the results to hide the fact the flooring didn't match in the cloned area.
So there.

A bit of an alternate walk into Coventry City Centre from the station via Spon End.
I went via Westminster Road, Regent Street, Queen's Road, towards Butts Road.

Probably dropping off people at the nearby Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Coventry.
(Drama Production) My bit part in "Svadba", as the Russian sailor. I did have a few lines to speak in this one, thankfully not very long, though. My Russian was just good enough to pull it off. My character stood up to salute the Admiral (Richard) and was positively star-struck by him.

It was interesting to try this chalk technique. I'm not entirely satisfied with my first outing with this technique, but I think with some practice I might be able to get the hang of the erasing/masking technique to make the font look like chalk. I liked how I got it to look like there was chalk dust on the board behind the writing, but I think the letters are too "intact" to look like chalk. The contact sheet is an easy way to put together a collage. I had used it before but by watching Kim's tutorial, I picked up a few hints to make it easy-peasy.

Horticulture book, photocopied pages from an 1800's Chemistry book, the beginning of a roll of double sided tape, a fruit sticker, a bit of wallpaper sample, a piece of red paper that I picked up in the parking lot and have been saving for over a year, the tag from an antique sign we purchased, a photo envelope and a map bit leftover from another project....whew....

I'm not sure where the bat wings come in - whether they belong to Zeus or another god. The storyline was a bit confused and every time the fire appeared my brain lost all info except "BRIGHT!" and "HOT!" Because I was near enough to feel the heat.
A bit further along in the Arecibo Message. You can follow the full message by walking along the length of the model. This is my attempt to show the message in "4D" - as a function of not only space, but of time as well.
1679 LEGO plates were used to depict the message - each 3.2mm tall. The total length of the 4d-configuration is 5.37 meters, or 17.6 feet.
