Genoeg vogels op de foto vanuit dit hutje om vogels te spotten, maar die zullen niet zo bijzonder zijn denk ik.

Enough birds on the photo from this cabin to spot birds, but they won't be that special I think.

Male Pintail - Slimbridge WWT - taken in poor light in the pouring rain but a pleasing composition. I often envy those who submit photos of wildlife from "sunnier climes" where high shutter speeds and lens' "sweet spots" are the norm. In the UK we suffer from the dreaded "white-out" skies for a lot of the year lacking any contrast but perhaps it makes us better photographers overcoming these "challenges"? I think Cleo caught her last bird about two years ago. Nowadays she just prefers to watch them. I'm not sure if it's wisdom or pure laziness but I'm grateful that at least one of the cats doesn't represent a serious danger to the bird world.
