We get quite a lot of birds in our garden - sparrows, blackbirds, thrushes, finches, wagtails, robins and sometimes pidgeons. Wiggins likes to watch them, but he can't be doing with seagulls or magpies - he barks at them and chases them off!

@thanks to all for your nice friendship and the best wishes of my recover. Im feeling just a little better but continue to have to rest a lot.because my hearth is betting to fast and that brings me headache and dizzy and also tired. So on for little times when i feel better.Hope you understand.thanks

 

PS: Im begining to photograph birds a new curiosity for me.I dont have special lenghts for that so i use only my 200mm. But hopping one day will buy a 500mm for getting better images.

obviously it was dark and i had to pimp it up a little bit :)

Meeting other members of the Medway Urban Greenspaces Forum, for the first time face to face in ages - and at one of the spaces covered by the group: Riverside country park. The tide was a bit far out to be able to see lots of birds, but binoculars helped us identify a few: redshank, curlew, blackheaded gulls, mediterranean gull, little ringed plover, grey plover, shelduck, teal and wigeon,

A Blue Tit was sat on my kitchen door handle, looking in at me. There is a garden 'birdwatch' here in the UK soon and I thought this may make a few laugh as clearly they do a 'human watch' in the spring. One from my files.
