CHANGI BEACH CLUB– Changi is a great choice for travellers interested to be stay close to nature at the east side of Singapore.

It is quite a pain to get there. I have included some boats to give the image some aesthetics. Looking at things in a different perspective.

So many of our myths and legends in the UK have links to various versions of King Arthur and the legends of Avalon. However, magical stories of fae and fantasy go far beyond. My blog today is based in pure imagination, helped along by my recent visit to the 30L Saturday 9th Aniversary Event (honestly, if you haven’t been along, you need to – there are so many fantastic items to snap up!) The skin and wings are from Stargazer Creations and the dress is from UNA but have a look at my blog for the full style guide:

This is an 84 shot panorama of the Milky Way above North Dandalup Dam in Western Australia. The image covers approximately 200 degrees of the night sky, stretching from just past east on the left side to west on the right. The two prominent sources of light pollution are from Pinjarra, a small town to the south west and a nearby mining operation to the south east. It's interesting to see the different colours of light pollution - orange from sodium street lights in Pinjarra and blue from the LED lighting at the mine site. I'm not sure if this is a result of the Hoya filter I used but I kind of like the two tone effect on the panorama as a whole.

Anyway, prominent as always are the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds just above Pinjarra. The filter is good for highlighting H-Alpha nebula such as the Carina Nebula, seen here almost directly above the LMC.

I don't normally give my photos creative titles but I couldn't help myself with this one, the inspiration coming from the road that appears to go into infinity and, uh...beyond I guess!

That each day I may walk unceasingly on the banks of my water, that my Soul may repose on the branches of the trees which I planted, that I may refresh myself under the shadow of my sycamore.

Sycamore trees were held to be sacred in Ancient Egypt and are the first trees represented in Ancient Art.

(Day four... five? I can't remember any more--of vignweek too, because what better mystery than an uncharted adventure?)

Can't believe it took me this long in the round to realize that the pot made a good shirt for Calvin, because I've been wanting to try my hand at this scene for a while. It goes without saying that I was inspired by Simon's classic, and also by some of the Calvin & Hobbes stuff I've built for the Simon games.

Gingee Fort, captured last Friday. I chose a black and white treatment to strip away distractions and allow the subject to stand in quiet focus.

The absence of colour sharpens the gaze, leaving behind a timeless frame, where form, texture, and presence become the story.

Excerpt from artsandculture.google.com:

Houses at Argenteuil

Returning from London, where he had retired during the Franco-Prussian War, Monet settled in Argenteuil on the Seine, not far from Paris. Renoir came here to work together, and soon Sisley and Caillebotte also came. In Argenteuil, impressionism emerged as a group style. Monet and Renoir developed their fine line technique with which they tried to reproduce what the friends themselves called ›la sensation première‹. For them it was about pure impression.

Monet and his friends quickly painted on the spot. In this situation, the motif was of secondary importance to them, maybe it shouldn't even come to the fore. In this work, Monet depicted some of the newly built terraced houses in Argenteuil, which have been connected to nearby Paris by a railway since 1851. The simplicity of the motif is underlined by the simple parallel structure of the picture - meadow, row of houses, sky, no views, no space. The light green meadow with the blooming poppies, the moving sky, even the gray of the house walls and the red of the tiled roofs are reproduced with all the more delicacy.

Looking up hill it was the amazing sky that caught my eye, then the partial view of the farm buildings gave an air of mystery as we could not see beyond the horizon,

On my last day in Rome after wrapping up our most recent Italy Photo Tour, my friend Gaia asked me if I ever get tired of visiting the same places over and over again. "As a photographer," she asked, "don’t you get bored with the same locations?"

This is something I’m asked fairly often and my answer was an honest one. I told her that I never get tired of visiting the same places because it gives me the opportunity to see things in a new way, and attempt to capture them with new eyes and a fresh style. It’s something that I always strive for—the ability to create something new and unique out of the familiar—to break mold, even if only by a small degree.

Prior to flying my DJI Phantom 3 over The Vatican in Rome, I had only been able to dream what this area would look like from above. Finally I was able to make that dream a reality. :)

Serene ! Tranquil ! Heaven on earth ! This is Kashmir ! Across the river you can find the ruins of famed Sharada Peeth , temple of Saraswati ! Kashmir was known as Sharada desh and Sharada was Kashmira Puravashini ! You cannot go across ! Sharada Peeth is on the other side of border. You are "watched by enemy" , you are within their " range"..... you cannot deny fact but there are certain things which gives your mind wings and takes you beyond fear, makes you free !

Come to Gurez ; there is no fear !

### I give a damn to your news paper ( whatever be its name) if you pick my photographs I will take you to court ! Hope u understand .

Beyond the door there is a whole world of possibilities, for that doors are always interesting in my eyes.

It is difficult for me to shoot without a human presence in the frame, but I will try once in a while :))
