Same render, took 30 seconds longer, reduced sample count to 1000 from 5000..
You really don't need 5000 samples to make this render look good, it gets to looking pretty goood around 800 at 1920x1080..
It says "Etobicoke Benchmark" most likely to recognize the historical of the building, but I'm not sure when it was placed on wall facing Lakeshore Boulevard West.

Two benchmarks were within 10 feet of each other. I don't know how to interpret all this info. I just think benchmarks look really cool.
