"The Greek monsters" by Beetroot @ Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art

Beetroot, silverbeet, chillies, cabbage, herbs, zucinnis and all sorts of other things being grown in the Yulella garden (company that I work for). There's only one supermarket in town, and it's a reasonable size, but not much fresh vegetables, so am thankful for this.

surprisingly the best part of my lunch that day. the rest was just spinach and potato mash; not worth photographing.

Ended up having afternoon tea at this really delightful Jacobean barn conversion. The upstairs gallery was most impressive. Would love to do a craft course there but it's between Nottingham and Derby.
