This banner seemed to stand out on J street. What is interesting is how it was painted inside the frame without painting the frame. So was it painted from the inside? Hard to believe the tagger would be sensitive to not paint the frame. This name has been placed in a few locations along the light rail tracks seen over the years.
Getting used to the new Flickr, but it still has some problems. I do like the banner, so I took a special picture for it with my favorate customs and official Lego figures! :D

on our last day in athens, we ran into (well, moseyed over to inspect) a demonstration happening near our hotel. our taxi driver had warned us it was on - apparently teachers wanting a payrise. it was an awesome sight - and sound. it sounded more like a party, with music and whistles and the chanting. i snapped a number of sound files with my camera - just waiting to work out how to edit them a little before i post them to vox...
