The Lorain County Visitor's Bureau is currently in the process of redecorating their Visitor's Center both inside and out. This banner, with one of my Lorain Lighthouse photos, was placed on a light post that lines the drive into the parking lot. They are also using three of my photos on their new wallpaper border being placed in the main room of the center.
I am so fortunate to have a great relationship with the LCVB. I am honored to be one of their photographers. I love being able to support the travel and tourism industry in Lorain County. I have lived here my entire life and am proud to call Lorain home.
See the first comment below for two additional portraits.
I received this Disney Store-exclusive Thor figure in a trade, and lemme tell ya, he's magnificent.
The title is inspired by the late-'80s TV movie, The Return of the Incredible Hulk, wherein Eric Allan Kramer provided a charming, comical performance as Thor, and repeatedly expressed his admiration for the Hulk, whom he addressed as Banner's "troll".
Daarbij horen natuurlijk paarlemoeren knoopjes .
Sunset on Banner Peak from 1000 Island Lake. For good measure, I went ahead and climbed Banner the next day.

Thousand Island Lake stretches out for miles in front of Banner Peak in the high sierra mountains along the pacific crest and John Muir trails. Hiking up to this section we took the steep trail, which is shorter, but strenuous. This mountain alluded me two times earlier, once due to heavy snow and another a result of a miscommunication. But finally after making it up to the lake we were rewarded. Although it was a very cold night.
Made this for a new group I am in here on Flickr. You can never have enough banners. hehe I used my site's background and logo along with a couple extras. It was fun to destress a little, just sit and play for a few minutes.
FEC Job 10 pulls two empties from Banner Supply near Miami International AIrport. This customer usually gets service about 2-3 times a month and the timing is unpredictable due to the irregularity of its service. The latest operational routing has Commerce Park being worked in the evenings making for this late afternoon catch.
After absolutely zero sleep the night before (I've been sick for three weeks...still trying to shake this crazy cough/cold, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to go to Thousand Island Lake : ) I got out of the tent at 5:45 ready to photograph the alpenglow lighting up Banner Peak. I searched all over for the right place...my head was pounding but I was on a mission. I finally found this spot that was sheltered from the wind. I would like to thank DayQuil for the making of this photo...without it, this image and my entire trip would not have been possible : )
