This is a 3 shot pano of the Dam on Banner Creek. I made my way out in front of the Dam as far as I could go by climbing over the various sized rocks and boulders to get as close to the center of the Dam as I could. Processed in Lightroom, CC Photoshop CC, and On1 Photo Suite 10 Effects.

This banner is something that Madison had to make for her first communion. It had to represent what first commmunion meant to her. She did all the work herself. If she needed anything she asked and we got it for her.
This workers' banner includes as a central theme the 8 hours day. On April 21 in 1856 stonemasons walked off the job in Melbourne where they were building the new university. They demanded better working conditions in the form of a reduced maximum number of daily working hours. At the time people could work up to 14 hours in the day.

After absolutely zero sleep the night before (I've been sick for three weeks...still trying to shake this crazy cough/cold, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to go to Thousand Island Lake : ) I got out of the tent at 5:45 ready to photograph the alpenglow lighting up Banner Peak. I searched all over for the right place...my head was pounding but I was on a mission. I finally found this spot that was sheltered from the wind. I would like to thank DayQuil for the making of this photo...without it, this image and my entire trip would not have been possible : )
