A Tricolored Heron in breeding plumage employs the same shadow casting technique displayed by the previously posted Snowy Egret in the same marshy area off Horsepen Bayou.

Flowers of the cannonball tree (Couroupita guianensis) exhibit similar morphology to other Lecythidaceae family members.
When i was a kid I could tell you the make and model of every car, how fast it went 0-60 and it's top speed. I subscribed to Motor Trend and Car and Driver. Went to the auto show every year. I'm not so much into cars anymore but a shiny yellow Lamborghini is still pretty cool!
