This Sulphur-crested-cockatoo, wasn't happy about getting his photo taken so had turned his back on me, and I still took his photo regardless.
For Smile on Saturday theme ‘Backside’. Kitty was decorated by my eldest granddaughter many years ago using decopatch papers and glue. Can’t remember who had the most glue on them!! Kitty and Winnie the Pooh now settled in their new home in York.
A Tricolored Heron in breeding plumage employs the same shadow casting technique displayed by the previously posted Snowy Egret in the same marshy area off Horsepen Bayou.
I went to re-read the rules and I found out that, again, my original plan is NOT ALLOWED! So Here I am with my Plan B!

These are fairly new beach huts in Weston-super-Mare, being at the far end of the beach they have not been vandalized. Pretty colours too.
Most of the tiles at the tile museum are amazing, coloured designs. Me I like the backs (and these roof tiles).
Sometimes when you are photographing a brilliant sunset, it pays to turn around and look behind you. That is what happened here. We were at Mountain Run Lake, a small local lake near Culpeper VA. Of course, the Reason I turned around was to look and see where Anita had gotten off to. She was just to the right of this shot and yes, on Top of the haybales! Always looking for that unique shot/ view! LOL
