BTZ-5276-04 (БТЗ-5276-04), a variant of the old ZiU-682 trolleybus model was developed and produced at the Bashkir Trolleybus Plant (Башкирский троллейбусный завод, БТЗ; BTZ) in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan from 2002 to 2007. It is based on a deeply reworked design of ZiU-682G-012 trolleybus with an updated exterior design, in which the frame corrosion resistance and reliability of components were improved while the overall dimensions remained unchanged. Only 285 were built. Its prototype, the ZiU-9 (ЗИУ-9), a high-capacity trolleybus for inner-city passenger transportation, was developed in 1967 and produced by the Uritsky Plant and then its successor ZAO Trolza from 1972 to 2015. A total of about 42,000 trolleybuses of various modifications were built. The upgraded version, ZiU-682G produced from 1991, apart from the obvious obsolescence, were characterized by low reliability at a high price, which stimulated the development of parallel models.
The Uritsky plant (Завод имени Урицкого; later the TrolZa) located in Engels, Saratov region of Russia was the largest trolleybus manufacturer of USSR that started its production in 1951 y. The Uritsky plant produced trolleybuses under the ZiU brand (Zavod imeny Uritskogo - The Plant named after Uritsky). After recent bankrupcy the TrolZa plant was reorganised to the Engels Electric Transportation Plant (Энгельсский завод электрического транспорта) that continued to produce trolleybuses for the new company - PC Transport Systems LLC.

Portrait of Steel. Same spot as I did before but with no tilts this time and on 8x10 film. The light is nice through this window. Should have moved closer. Next time I'll try and get some very shallow dof by getting in tight. Even here I missed the focus by a small amount only visible at 50% in CS5.

First Huddersfield 37295, the last remaining HD Connect liveried First Huddersfield bus, has now been repainted into the FirstGroup Ultraviolet corporate livery.
It was seen working the X63 Express to Bradford. This route utilizes the Manchester Road guided busway, making these Wright-bodied B9TLs a common but impressive sight on the corridor.
Despite the influx of newer metal, these Volvo B9TLs continue to be the backbone of West Yorkshire operations. For how much longer, though, is the big question!

At least the display held to my camera for a change...
With the reopening of Abbotsford Bridge to road traffic, the many lettered deviations of Route 7 have ceased with resumption of the previous timetable and only the 7/7A numbers remaining to apply.
The 7A route also sees regular bus service return to the northern half of Stansted and Bentfield Green, previously only served by an on-demand minibus service during the bridge closure.

Mt. Moran in Grand Teton National Park. It was often cloudy and just on the verge of rain in the Tetons, but it made for dramatic photos.
Apikuni Falls in Glacier National Park. This seemed like an easy morning hike at about a mile each way. However, there was a pretty steep elevation gain which made hiking with the large format camera a real workout.
