This 1970 Boss Mustang was brought in for a light exterior restoration. This one was not in too bad a condition, it was an older restoration that was starting to show its age. We performed some light body work and refinished the car in the original Acapulco Blue and reinstalled the Boss Stripes. We also installed a new flue tank and flue lines.
This one turned out great and will make a great addition to any collection.

Looking a little bit more complete than their 2015 Mustang GT is the Maisto Boss 302 which benefits massively with painted lights and grille and more interesting colour schemes which involve all over stripes. Looking a little bit like a cut price Hot Wheels its strangely appealing and well finished proving their is still a market for truly budget licensed models in a World where a lot of manufacturers are turning to overtly generic castings in order to save costs. This came from the only Dollar Tree store I visited on my recent trip to the States which sadly didn't yield a single Matchbox but plenty of Maisto. Mint and boxed.
