white plum blossoms taken at the 2023 Plum Festival at the Mito Kodokan, Ibaraki, Japan

First Viburnum blossoms, today.

Thanks !

Have an nice week ahead !

Blossoms are everywhere at last! fresh looking Bradford pear blossoms give such happy feeling.

Was visiting the University of Tartu Botanical Gardens.

Don't ask me about the names of the plants/flowers. I don't know and don't care much. I was just admiring the beauty... and taking pictures. :D

I spotted this on 24/02/2023 and with a bit of sunshine about it looked quite uplifting - however , now they are talking about snow next week !!

Cherry blossom, spring is here!! With some raindrops however.....

This is from the apple orchard near my house. The owners have given me permission to wander in there and take photos. It's a dreamy experience.

At the Wielandplatz in Favoriten six days ago. In the meantime the blossoming has turned into withering.

The violet blossoms are there ...but I'm sure like me, you had to rest your eyes on this old beauty first!

Garden, Groningen, The Netherlands

More wonderful blossom.

Better viewed large and thank you for your favourites.

……One from the last day of May, I did consider this as a fill the frame theme shot for Macro Monday at the time - all the blossom now gone, we await the mass of Orange berries that ought to be in plentiful supply!! Firethorn (Pyracantha). Alan:-)

Nature’s way of showing off after a long nap !!

The beauty of flowering almond trees leaves me speechless. Van gogh already laid his beauty into a picture and are one of the few trees who dare to bloom before spring came. The photo I took with the kit lens and two extension tubes of 16 and 10 mm.

Redlove® boasts long-lasting and unusual deep pink blossom, and unique fruit that is dark red, both outside and inside, revealing a beautiful pattern when you slice through it. The juicy, fragrant flesh has a texture that can be likened to a Cox apple, but with an extra range of subtle cherry fruit flavours. A delicious eater, it is also ideal for cooking (it retains its red colour). Try it in fruit salads (it doesn't turn brown), pies, puddings and tarts. Or simply enjoy a glass of mouth-watering freshly squeezed juice!

♥ Thank you very much for your visits, faves, and kind comments ♥
