Most of this week, I have been working on finding programs so I may remove whatever photographs and blibbity-blab I have posted on Facebook in the past few years I have been a user of that garbage bin.
The main reason I have returned to Flickr: I actually met and became friends/associates with many users on this site/photo sharing thingy. We would comment and share, fall into each other's worlds. It was a richer experience for me than using F-book.
With Facebook - I always got the feeling that I had (with my rapid cycling posts) exposed myself without a trench coat, in the nude, and also just sh*t on myself, but in public and not aware. It is for the viewer, off putting, and for me, in the end, humiliated and even less connected to people (locally).
I silently wish to be able to feel at home here (Flickr) and that I had never posted anything on there.
People/friends who are local, I can only assume - are busy or not around.
I am not comfortable reaching out and wish I was able.
Maybe someday.
Otherwise, me and F-book are done.
It is for the best.
