I'm currently in the huge BatB mood, mainly because of the new live-action movie, so I decided it's the right time to get recent classic Belle doll. I'm in love with her face, it looks so genuine and beautiful😍😍😍 I'm currently working on her hairstyle and also I'm going to make her a new dress. I hope I'll succeed☺️
with all the excitement about the live action beauty and the beast movie and the bimbettes project going on, i thought it was time fir another belle.(; she's been repainted using acrylics and pastels.
This is one of the items I bought when I picked up the peas in a pod. All of these little sets were on clearance, but I was waiting for this one specifically. She also came with Cogsworth, the Dog footstool, plus her library dress and her yellow ballgown. So cute!
I wasn't mad at the DS live action dolls. I was going to wait and see if they were gonna release a deluxe doll set, but I couldn't WAIT!
I think Belle's sculpt wasn't as horrible as most people are complaining. Yes, there's a HUGE possibility to it and yes, they could've made it much better, but I'm not mad. I think she does really look similar to Emma and I think she has the best Emma sculpt I've seen (regardless of her huge forehead).
Gaston is really awesome! I love the details on his outfit. I think the only problem is that you can still see those lines on the sculpt from the 3D printing.
The Beast was my favorite out of all. I just love him so much. But I think I might give him a little paint job in the future.

Based on the Academy-Award winning animated feature, the original Broadway production ran for over 13 years and was nominated for 9 Tony Awards including Best Musical.
The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.
With beautiful songs, spectacular costumes, romance and magic, this is a musical production that the whole family will love.

I recently bought a new display for my 17" dolls and decided to print out a ballroom background for my favorite couple. Such a perfect display! <3!!
This isn’t really a fair comparison as I’ve modified and customized most of these dolls in one way or another, but still, you can see the differences between their faces (and head sizes!) Do you prefer the old ones or the new ones? And let’s not even mention the newest ones with the plastic tops...
A repainted and rerooted then restyled Dan Stevens who is the Beast aka the Prince in the live action Disney remake of Beauty and the Beast! This 1:6 scale Disney doll has been redone to capture the Prince as himself in the film.

I asked my friend @wt.lewis to repaint the yellow ballgown Belle doll for me in exchange of me redoing his Belle's doll hair. I'm absolutely in love with her new face! He did a really great job. I'm also really impressed with the skirt. The material's really nice and it's really huge and full. I'll fix her hair and her top later when I'm free, but for now, I'm happy :)

The Art of Belle Lithograph Set (LE 1300, $39.95). I got it from a fellow collector, who got it from a local Disney Store for me. It is being sold at some Disney Stores in the US, but is not available online yet.
There are six 8.5 x 10.5 inch lithographs depicting Belle in her ball gown. One of them is a closeup photo of the 2016 Classic Belle 12 inch doll with a rose. Each of them has a signature of the artist. Three of these lithographs are reproduced in a 4.5 x 6.5 inch size for the Art of Belle Journal. They all have a copper colored foil border, and are printed on heavy matte paper.

We went to the Disney Store a few weeks ago and zilla was absolutely taken by the Beauty and the Beast Tea Cart that they had on display she didn't even want to look at any thing else in the store all she wanted was that tea cart. I took zilla to look around in build a bear and hubby doubled back for the tea set and decided to get a Animator's Collection Belle doll to go along with it so she would have a companion to have her tea with.
Hubby built it and set it up with Belle, it was too cute not to take a pic
