Suzettes Pancake Batter (Makes 10)
* 100g (4oz) Plain Flour
* 1 Egg
* 1/2 Pint Full Fat Milk
* 2 Tablespoons Water
* A few drops of Sunflower Oil
Mix well together. Stand the batter mix for as long as possible before use - ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
