BBC News coverage covered BBC1, BBC2, BBC News Channel, BBC Parliament, BBC Alba, BBC Scotland, the only BBC channels excluded from the coverage was CBeebies and CBBC, while BBC Three and Four didn't broadcast at all.

Was astonished when the BBC weather mentioned the possibility of aurora on Wednesday night, the solar wind was elevated but not all that much, it was looking like kp4 or perhaps kp5 at best, and cirrus was forecast to cover all but the far north of Scotland. In the end there were a couple of short active bursts with rays visible to the naked eye, and the kp reach 4 at best, the type of display I would expect to see 3 or 4 times a month. Perhaps one of these days they'll get it right.
